In this example the photo is set to stretch full width and given parallax scroll. The effect is one where any objects will appear to move over
the background photo. There is a Stick-at-Top banner placed at the top of the page, also set to stretch; this is placed underneath a similar
page-width banner which is not stretched. This is a necessary SaT workaround to ensure the flow of objects on the page moves under the
banner.
The headline message is set to Stick-at-Top with the text given a -10px baseline shift to keep it that distance from the top of the page.
